Mangaluru, January 01: There is a good news to the movie lovers that the Shah Rukh Khan’s starrer ‘Dilwale’ will be showcased in the Multiplex Theatres in the city.
The pro-Hindu associations in the district in protest against the intolerance comments made by SRK, had opposed the screening of the ‘Dilwale’ movie and had stopped the screening of this movie in few theatres in the city. Following this attack, the theatre managements of three multiplexes suspended the movie shows.
It is gathered, now with the pressure from the distributors of the movie and with complete police security, the movie show will resume from January 1st.
The leaders and activists of Bajrang Dal who had recently attacked on the cinema theatres in the city where the movie was being screened had said that they would not allow screening the movies in the city in which Shah Rukh Khan and Amir Khan have acted.
