Mangalore, August 19: In the mysterious disappearance case of Sullai taluk, Edamangala resident Kotaje Hariyappa Gowda (46), sources says that his wife and her lover killed him and thrown to Nethravathi river. Hence, police have submitted the accused in front of justice.
The accused are identified as Hariyappa’s wife Rathnavathi and her lover Dolpadi resident Sundara.
Hariyappa was working as a driver in private bus and on August 4 he moved to Mangalore for work by leaving his mobile. But his wife itself given the complaint in the police station and his brother urged for the proper investigation with suspicion about murder. Hence in the investigation police have arrested the Rathnavathi and Ananda.
Duplicate death notice: the accused had created a death note as like Hariyappa himself is cause for his death. But, when police investigated about his handwriting, the accused are agreed as they only created the death notice. Rathnavathi had illegal relationship with Ananda, hence he took Hariyappa for quarry and shot him in the spot and thrown the dead body to Kumaradhara River.
Hariyappa had two boy child and one girl child. Elder son studying in 8th standard, second one in 4th standard and girl child goes to Anganavadi and now children became orphans.
