Mangalore, August 24: In the pretext of illegal cattle transportation, Sangha workers assault the cow meat trader, which leads to moral police. Hence, strong action must be taken against these people, otherwise, People Front of India will stage a protest, said organisation state Vice- president Abdul Razak.
Addressing the media persons he said that during the month of Ramzan and after Sangha related groups allegedly attacked on cattle traders. ‘Recently, they were attacked on Kaikamba resident Sahul Hameed, who was out to consume the medicine and even carried half naked procession of a youth by putting false blame. But, Sangha parivar workers itself involved in such business and few days ago sangha leaders gave a speech to carry the weapon or gun, which created scary environment in the public’, he said.
‘If moral police carried in any area, we will put the blame on regional police officers and police are failed to handle the situation regarding the issue. Hence, department must give the protection to meat traders and must take stringent action against Sangha Parivara’, he urged.
