Mangalore, August 25: To create the religious knowledge and to develop the talents of the children Kalkura pratishtana will be organising children feast- Shri Krishna disguise competition at Kadri Shree Manjunatha temple on August 28, said Kalkura Pratishtana president S.Pradeep Kumar Kalkura.
Addressing the presspersons he said that in the noon from 1 o clock to 7, different competitions will be held at same time and from 12 o clock to night 12 o clock different cultural programmes will be there, he said.
The competition will be held in the different category such as Kandha Krishna, Muddu Krishna, Thunta Krishna, Bala Krishna, kishora Krishna, shree Krishna, geetha Krishna, yaksha Krishna, radha Krishna, yashoda Krishna, shankanada, shanka udgosha, devaki Krishna, vasudeva Krishna, nandagokula, bala Krishna rasaprashne, shree Krishna rasa prashne.
Every participant will get statue of Krishna, his biography book, photo of kadri shree manjunatha, certificates’ and copy of Bhagavath geetha along with bag. There will be first, second and third places and there is no entrance fee.
Navaneeth Shetty kadri, Vijaya laxmi shetty, Narayana Bhat, Rathnakara Jain, Dr. M. Prabhakar joshi, Polali shreekanth and g.k Bhat were present.
