Karkala; Sept 12: Heavy rains have been reported across Karkala and surrounding places from Thursday, Sept 12 afternoon.
Since morning it was a cloudy atmosphere. But from 02.00 pm onwards rains started pouring profusely and made the lives of the people scattered.
