Puttur, Sep 24: Campus Front of India (CFI) the activists of the Puttur unit staged protest at Puttur Bus Stand demanding tough punishment for rapist, on Tuesday 24, September.
The CFI president of Puttur Unit Nasreena Bellare said that today the violence on minorities is increased in our country. In Hyderabad the owner of the college canteen and police raped the 20-year-old student of a polytechnic institute. But any organizations, any media no one came to protest against this as they did in the case of Nirbhaya. Government also didn’t take any step towards this she said.
CFI Activist Thufail Ibrahim addressing protesters said because of fascist power this issue didn’t get any media coverage because she is a Muslim. In coming days our organisation will fight against the anti social power he added.
