Mangalore, Sept 28: In the name of urban development only the construction of buildings is not enough, but there should be a protection and growth of environment along with this. While constructing buildings the builder should planted the plants at the surroundings, it s his duty said district in charge and forestry minister B. Ramanath Rai.
He inaugurates the CREDAI Realty Expo -2013 at T.M.Pai Conventional Hall on Saturday, 28th September.
In his inaugural speech Rai said that in the matter of development Bangalore is in first place and Mangalore is in second. The youths of the city gained name and fame by becoming a real estate man and builder.
He further said that while thinking about do a business we should think about others progress along with our progress. CREDAI is doing excellent job towards this.
In Mangalore lot of flats already exists. In future these flats must available to common people at affordable prices. It is best for the environmental point of view if the construction of buildings done in the suburbs of the city Ramanath Rai opined.
