Mangalore, Oct.14: A youth hailing from Kaikamba killed in a ghastly road accident at Jubail in Saudi Arabia on Saturday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Umarul Farooq from Karambar at Bajpe-Kaikamba in Mangalore taluk.
The accident occurred on Saturday morning when he was travelling along with his friend Ibrahim aka Ibba Bajpe to work and lost control over his car and rammed it into the pole on Maadin road.
Farooq died on the spot while Ibba sustained severe injuries. He has been admitted to Almana General Hospital in Jubail.
