Udupi; Oct 16: Addressing the press meet held on Oct 16, Wednesday, Hariprasad Rai, Management executive of Manipal Prasanna Ganapati temple said in his address that there is confusion in Sowjanya’s mysterious death. In this connection, unnecessarily dragging the name of Dr.Veerendra Heggade and trying to tarnish the name of ancient holy place Dharmasthala.
He further said that if they bring 1000 people and fast, we will bring lacs of people and give then befitting reply, he said.
He also said that Dr.Heggade has extensively contributed to many religious places and Bhanjana Mandirs. We the religious people strongly condemn the recent developments in the place.Besides, the people who belongs to religious group will stage a fierce protest.
He further said that Harshendra, brother of Dr.Veerendra Heggade has to maintain discipline in the place where many people are working and otherwise indiscipline will create, he added.
Whoever it may be, whether he/she is an outsider or local. Culprits should be punished and for that we will stage a protest, he said. Let parents of Sowjanya will also get justice and we will pray for that.Don;t point fingers at others unnecessarily.Dr.Heggade’s brother’s son was not present in the country for the last six months.
