Udupi;Oct 28: Addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony for supreme pearls residential buildings at Kukkikatte,Pramodh Madhwaraj,MLA said in his guest of honor address that issue of form No.9 and 11 has been resolved in the state cabinet meeting. He informed that there are no problems for registration, for those who have converted their land prior to this notification. However some legislators have object this notifications. Due to this 90% of the people will be benefitted and only 10% of the people will have to face problem.
He conveyed his best wishes for the success of this project and now the municipality works will be taking place.A list of Rs 20 crore has been prepared for construction and maintenance of the roads. From town planning 3 crore works will be commencing and from central government a grant- in -aid of Rs 48 crore will be available.
