Mangalore, Nov 6: Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi President of Prajaprabhutva Vedike, said that CID officials were not transparent in their duty. And he has alleged that they had leaked the report to the three accused before submitting it to the government.
Speaking at the press meet held at Press Club on November 6, Wednesday he said that before the report was submitted to the Government, the CID officials had leaked the report to the accused Dheeraj, Mallik and Uday Jain.
He also said that the three accused had threatened to file a case against the people through a Newspaper advertisement, for projecting them to be a real culprits before the CID officials submitted the report to the Government. This was due to the secret pact took place between the officials and accused.
Shetty informed that the Prajaprabhutva Vedike along with other organizations will stage a massive protest on November 9 at Nehru Maidan to pressurize the Govt to hand over investigation into the Sowjanya case and all other unnatural death cases in Dharmasthala to CBI.
