Mangalore, Nov. 9: Regarding to Sowjanya rape and death case we all gave full support and fight for the justice without any intension. The police department has failed to trace the real culprit of the Sowjanya murder case till now.
The police department and politics are trying to protect the culprits. Only the common man were supporting to the protest. We are not fighting for vote bank. We are fighting for justice. We ready to do blood revolution until Soujanya get justice said Hindu leader Mahesh Shetty Thimarody.
He was addressing the gathering at protest meet on Nov. 9th Saturday at Nehru Maidan to demanding to CBI probe under Supreme Court into Sowjanya and other unnatural death took place at Belthangady.
Sowjanya death took place nearly 13 months before from now. In the state many organisations, committees staged protest and appeal the government to hand over Sowjanya case to the CBI. But the govt. did not handover the case. But now a single letter from Dr. Heggade changed it all. Now all the evidence of the case has been destroyed. So that it tells that even the CBI probe into the case may not bring out the truth. This shows the foolishness of our CM he added.
He also claimed that all the murder took place at Dharmasthala is with the initiation of Harshendra Kumar Heggade.
Sowjanya’s mother Kusumavathi said that when incident took place then some people took me and admitted to the hospital by telling I am mentally ill. And threatened us from participating in the protest. I will fight until we get justice. And also all the cases took place in the Dharmasthala surroundings should get justice she added.
Dr. B. R. Harale the husband of Vedavalli Harale who also lost her life and Padmalathas father Devanand also spoke at the occasion. Kemaru Esha Vital Dasa Swamiji, Atradi Amrita Shetty and Vishnumurthy Bhat were present in the protest meet.
