Kundapur :;Nov 12: Gopala Adiga,a resident of Parampalli in Saligrama village, who represented state in Shree Chinmaya national masters swimming competition, held from October 25th till October 27th,at Rajkot in Gujarat has bagged the medals as follows.
1.100 meter free style- bagged first place
2. 200 meter free style- bagged first place
3. 50 meter& 200 meter relay-won gold medal
4. Free style relay- won silver medal
5. 50 meter butterfly- bagged silver medal
6. 50 meter free style bronze medal
By winning the above medals, he has been selected to represent India in 15th global level masters swimming contest, which will be held in Canada in the coming July month.
