Udupi; Nov 23: In view of chief minister Siddaramaih’s visit to district on Dec, 09, a district level pre-preparation meeting was convened on Nov 23, Saturday under the presidentship of Dr.M.T.Reju, in Rajathadri’s DC office auditorium to discuss about the preparation to be made for the visit of chief minister to the district.
During his visit, chief minister will hold meeting with all the district level officers. When chief minister is holding meeting with all the district level officers, it has been advised to all the district level officers to be present compulsorily in the meeting.
In order to facilitate to bring to the knowledge of chief minister, all have been advised to prepare reports of their department’s aims, problems, achievements, deficiencies and their demands etc in a slide with all the details in it, should be submitted on or before Nov 25,to DC office, informed DC.
About district’s main problems, the prime departments such as department of forest,revenue,education,agriculture,food and civil supplies, national highways,PWD,irrigation etc have to submit their reports in slides in order to facilitate to understand easily, he said.
S.A.Prabhakara Sharma, district panchayat’s chief director,Kumara,district officer,Yogeshwar,Kundapur sub divisional officer,Pranesh Rao,joint secretary,zilla panchayat and district level authorities were present.
