Mangalore, Nov 28: Rashid Malbari, an aide of underworld dons Dawood Ibrahim and Chhota Shakeel, was granted bail by the first additional district court here on Thursday November 28.
Malbari was lodged in Mangalore jail since 2009. This year in the month of August he again did a crime by possessing illegal arms and he got punishment of 5 year in prison. But then he had already spent four and half year n jail.
In October, he was granted interim bail, but he continued to remain in custody as he was charged in other cases too.
The court on Thursday granted him bail in one case he was charged in, but, he will continue to remain in custody. Because there are many other cases against him.
