Mangalore, Dec. 6: Posakural Dashamanotsava Samiti to be organizing 10th anniversary of POsakural News Channel which is popular news channel broadcasting at Ullal
The programme will be held at Gatty Samaja Bhavana on Sunday Dec. 15, said Vidyadhar Shetty, the director of Posakural channel.
Speaking at the press meet he said that the president of Bantara alias Nadavara Matru Sangha Ajith Kumar Malady will inaugurate the programme. Zilla panchayat member Santhosh Boliyar will preside over the function. And also in the evening programme former central minister Janardhan Poojary, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel will participate.
The state health and family welfare minister U.T. Khader will inaugurate the Posakural 24X7 channel. And SCDCC president Dr. Rajendra Kumar will launch the website. The founder of Karavali group of college S. Ganesh will preside over the valedictory function he said.
In related with the anniversary Ullal zone level rural sports meet will be held for inter school students, publics and various organisations on Dec. 8th at Mangalore One School Chembugudde, Thokkottu.
Retired military officer Krishna Gatty Kotekar, Suhasini Babbukatte, K.M.K. Manjanady, Kurinja Narayana Maniyani were present at the press meet.
