Kundapur; Dec 14: According to the sources, an auto driver Vigneshwara, aged 25, originally from Ampar, resident of Madubage is keep wandering without falling prey to police dragnet. The reason behind his very simple. He lures the girls, promise them to get married, enjoy with them, fulfill his sexual desires and finally throw them in a dust bin. This was his hobby. According to the people, who know him from the very close, more than twenty girls were the victims of auto driver.
According to the locals, who know him from close said that Vigneshwara was an expert in impressing girls with his naïve talks and mannerism, ultimately coaxing them into having an affair with him.
It was on Dec 13, Friday, a 22-year old, a resident of Aanegalli Kempannana Toplu, who has been allegedly deceived by him lodged a complaint. She was employed as a sales girl in a shop at Kundapur. She had met him in one of the marriage functions two years ago. The girl said in her complaint that he was pursuing her and had lured her to several places and had sex with her several times and used to convince her with false promises of marriage.

She and Vigneshwara were reportedly spotted by locals at KCDC cashew plantation on the way to Hattiangady temple five months ago and were handed over to police but the girl was adamant to marry him.
The girl said that every time she talked about their marriage issue, he kept on postponing the date, which raised doubts in her mind. He ultimately refused to marry her and whenever she insisted, he reportedly slapped and raped her, she said in her complaint. The medical examination conducted on her, confirmed the rape.
The Kundapur police registered a case of cheating and rape against Vigneshwara.But he has not been traced yet.

As he was running his auto, in any one of the functions, if he sees one girl that was the beginning. He used to visit her, have a naïve talk until he develop a friendship with her and enjoy his sexual desires and he was a professional in this trade, sources said.Besides,it is very surprising to note is every three months, at least one girl will fall prey in his drag net, which is amazing.
Sources said that more than 50 cases were registered in Kundapur taluk police station during the last one year and the number is increasing. It also said that there are girls, who willingly do it for pleasure or money and complain when their desire is not fulfilled and dreams turned sour.
It is said that in spite of appearing daily in the news papers about deceiving, rapes, just for momentary pleasure, the chances of creating room for all these type allegation is increasing day by day in Karnataka coastal region and people have become nervous about it.
