Kundapur/Hasan; Jan 01: In the horrifying series of accidents involving 3 cars, occurred on Jan 01, night near Gulagunda bye-pass in Chennarayapattana of Hasan, 6 people have lost their precious lives and 8 people injured.
In one car, members of the same family from Kundapur Gangolli origin, Pradeep, aged 30, his son Joshwa, aged 2 and Sonia, aged 26 and in another car from Tumkur origin Manju, Siddaraju and Ranga were the unfortunate people, who died.
Now Kundapur origin Priya, wife of deceased Pradeep and Philomena, car driver Vijaya and in Tumkur car Santhosh, Shankara, Prakasha were seriously injured and were admitted in Hasan district hospital.
Details of the accident:
Near Gulagunda cross in Chennarayapattana, series of accident took place between Indica, Honda city and Swift cars and four-lane road work was going on in the place, it was told.
According to the sources Kundapur Gangolli origin Priya, wife of Pradeep, son Joshwa and other three have left Bangalore today morning. Pradeep and Priya were couple, Sonia was Pradeep’s cousin, Philomena and Prays were siblings, it was told.
