Udupi; Jan 17: M.Kanagavalli took over the charge as CEO of Udupi district Panchayat on Jan 17, Friday. After passing her degree in agricultural engineering, she was the IAS officer in 2010 batch. After completeting her probationary period in Mandya district, before coming to Udupi, she was worked in Bidar as sub divisional officer.
