Udupi;Feb 24 : Presiding over the function about NYK ‘2013-14’organized programmes,held at his office,Dr.M.T.Reju,DC said in his address that with the creation of district level action plan of Nehru Yuva Kendra for 2014-15,apart from giving support to Yuvaka and Yuvathi Mandals,it is also possible to give high quality programmes. Besides, he also said that at the time of organizing district level programmes, it is more convenient to hold programmes from low level, he said.
At the same time, since programmes are being organized by NYK in concordance with various departments, purpose of the programmes will be more successful, he opined
While speaking, Yuva reconciliation officer CJF D’Souza said that complete work of the computerization of all the Yuva Kendra’s data should be done.
Vishnumurthy of NYK has kept in front of the meeting the complete information about Yuvak Mandal’s development programme,youth leadership training and community development, thematic awareness and academic programme,distribution of games items to youth clubs, skill development training for women, cultural programmes, event celebrations, district Yuva ceremonies and Yuvakrithi,prize distribution to best clubs etc.
District Panchayat CEO Shreemati Kanagavalli, representatives of district’s different Yuva Sanghatane’s were participated in the meeting.
