He was addressing the gathering after releasing ‘Mahileyarannu Kaduva Fibroid Gaddegalu’ (Fibroid problem faced by women) book authored by Dr.Rathidevi, obstetrician and gynecologist.
“Frequent workshops should be organised on Dr.Rathidevi’s books as all are books are very informative and addresses problems faced by women,” he added.
“Fibroids can be life threatening at times. About 30 per cent of women suffer due to infertility. The rise in number of infertility cases among women is alarming.”explained Dr.Rathidevi.
“The new book is based on various cases I dealt with, symptoms of medical conditions and treatment available,” she added.
