Mangalore: MP Nalin Kumar Kateel visited Shri Ganapati temple located near Urwa Stores in the city and prayed for better rain along with offering a special pooja to the deity.
Speaking to the reports and public gathered, Nalin said that the amount rain occurred during the season is very less. This will cause problems related to drinking water and agriculture. District administration and ministers can only provide a temporary solution, but there is very much necessity of heavy rain fall in the district and surrounding areas. ”So we have come here to pray for the rain and every individual should pray as well,” he added.
On this occasion, the temple management had honoured Nalin Kumar Kateel.
