Karkala, July 21: Landslide beneath the road has affected the traffic on the Mundli-Karkala road has since July 20, Sunday morning. The reason for this is believed to be the flow of water above the danger mark at the Mundli dam.
Sources said that the road is likely to remain closed for traffic for another week when repair works would be taken up.
Assistant Commissioner Yogeshwar, local MLA Sunil Kumar, Chief Officer of TMC Rayappa and others visited the spot.
