‘Sargam’ to mesmerize music lovers with yesteryear’s memories

Mangalore, Aug 8: ‘Sargam’, a musical evening depicting yesteryear’s memories will be held at Town Hall on August 10Sunday from 6 pm.

Mangalore’s top musical trio will entertain the music lovers with their musical number. One of the singers, Srikant Kamath will mesmerize the audience with Mukesh and Kishore Kumar songs. While multi-talented Anitha, will remind the people of Lata Mangeshkar with the beautiful duets with the male singers. While another popular singer Ranjandas will render voices of top singers of bollywood.

Speaking at the press meet, Srikant Kamath said that every year musical event will get good response from the people across the city. During the event, singers sing popular songs from the 1960s to 1980s. Although the entry is free to all the organizers will reserve 50% of the seats for invitees and rest for the general audience.

A renowned comperer Prem will once again host the show with his knowledge in bollywood music.

Prior to the programme, Walter Nandalike, founder of Daijiworld Group will inaugurate the event at 6 pm.

Whereas, Naresh Shenoy from State Bank of Mysore, Kottara Chowki branch Mangalore, NRI entreprenuer Leo Rodrigues, Karnataka Rajya Devadiga Sangha president Vaman Maroli, Mangalore will participate as the guests of honour.
