Mangalore, August 09th: One more case has been filed for deceiving the bank and court using a court’s seal against the lawyer A.C.Jayaraj .City’s senior most Chief civil judge and chief petition writer of CJM court Asha P.K has lodged a complaint at the Bunder Police station. Ms Asha had received a letter regarding the misappropriation of fixed deposit amount and brought this to the attention of Chief senior Civil Judge and CJM court. The Judge had ordered Asha to get the details pertaining to the deposit and the forgery has come to light on investigation.
It has come to light that along with the faque seal, the reference number indicated in the letter does not match with the reference number of the office. When the documents were verified, it was seen that Lawyer A.C Jayaraj was speaking on behalf of the applicant Dinesh and the Fixed Deposit receipt has been safely preserved at civil court. As of now, it appears that two cases have been filed against this lawyer and some more cases are expected to come to light.
