Mangalore, August 25: On Monday, the booking of tickets at Mangalore International Airport was commenced by Mohammad Kunhi, the President of Haj Committee.
First phase of Haj operations will start from August 27th and end on September 1st. The Air India express flights will operate daily from MIA to Madina and departures at 3.15p.m, where as the second phase will start on October 10th and end on October 14th.
Nearly 125 passengers from Mangalore, Hassan, Kodagu and Udupi will fly daily to Madina.
Mr Abdul Khatib of Jumma Masjid, Bajpe performed the dua on Monday. I Haji, Hanif Haji and Bashir Haji could be seen among others.
